October 1–3 took ZOREYA to Indonesia for Cosmobeauté Indonesia 2026. You could find our stand, 5E23, in Hall 5 of the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City. Now in its 19th edition, the event covers the beauty supply chain as well as the products and services sold within it.
For us, the purpose of participating was straightforward: to introduce our makeup brush manufacturing business to companies working in this market. ZOREYA supplies beauty tools and develops products for other brands through OEM and ODM cooperation. Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian region are among the markets we serve.
The exhibition has finished, but enquiries about our brushes and development services are welcome. Here is a closer look at the business behind the ZOREYA name and the work we can discuss with partners following the show.

Cosmobeauté Indonesia brings beauty products, professional services and supply chain businesses into one trade event. Cosmetics are part of that mix, along with hair, nail, spa and wellness products and services. For ZOREYA, it is the tools used to apply makeup that occupy our day-to-day work.
A brush project can begin at quite different points. Perhaps a brand already sells makeup and wants tools to accompany the range. Another business might start with a brief for a collection carrying its own name. We work with both kinds of enquiry, so a trade event covering the wider beauty industry is a relevant place for our business to participate.
The exhibition’s supply chain scope also makes room for the less visible work behind a beauty product, including manufacturing and packaging. These are subjects we can discuss in follow-up enquiries. Please include the exhibition name when you contact us about this year’s Indonesian show.
ZOREYA dates back to 2003. Brushes and powder puffs remain our core products; we research and develop them, manufacture them and handle their sales. Our focus is the mid-to-high-end segment. The customers we work with include brands, traders, retail chains and businesses selling online.
Our smart factory covers 65,000 square metres. In addition to our Pujiang operation in Zhejiang, near Yiwu, we have manufacturing facilities in Cangzhou. For a customer developing a range, our role can begin before production: design work and samples are available as part of our service too.
Some of the design work is quite practical. How will the head be assembled? Which logo process works with the handle surface? How much room does the brush assortment need inside the pack? Answering questions like these helps put the proposed product into a form that can be sampled and manufactured.
Face brushes, eye brushes and complete brush sets form part of our range. We also offer smaller formats for travel and portable use. Customers can explore our Patented Portable Collection or Advanced Synthetic Fiber Series when considering a direction for a new collection.
Nylon and PBT are among the synthetic fibers we use; natural hair is another option within our range. For handles, there are choices in wood, plastic, acrylic and metal. Beyond the material itself, development can cover the head’s shape, its density and the angle at which the fibers are cut.
Two brushes can share a handle design yet have very different jobs. A powder brush covers a large area; a small eye brush is meant for detail work. Both have to earn their place in the set. Likewise, a compact set has to account for the space available in a bag or case. We address the individual tools and the overall collection together during development.
The white brush collection pictured here is one example of a coordinated visual direction in our range. Other directions include metallic finishes and portable designs. For your own project, a reference set or a few images can help explain the appearance you have in mind. We can then discuss the materials and construction needed to develop it.

Through our OEM and ODM services, customers can bring an existing sample or design, or begin with a product concept. The work can include brush design, sampling, logo application and packaging development. There is no need to settle every detail before making an initial enquiry.
Sometimes the brush count is already decided and the handle finish is still an open question. Or the brand color may already be fixed while the brush assortment remains open. Include what you have in the enquiry. An estimated quantity, the intended market and the product’s role in your range give the discussion useful context.
Our logo processes include pad printing, silk screen printing, laser engraving and hot stamping. Packaging options cover paper boxes, gift boxes and brush bags, among other formats. We consider these with the brush design so that the branding and pack belong to the same product brief.
Sampling gives you a physical version to review. At that stage, appearance and brush feel can be considered alongside the construction details. An agreed sample and specification provide a reference for the production work that follows.

There is a sequence of checks behind our manufacturing service. Incoming materials are inspected before being released for use. During handle printing and assembly, the process includes first-piece confirmation and checks against the work instructions. Inspection continues through brush assembly and packaging.
Shape, appearance and adhesion are among the brush checks, with tensile testing also included in the quality-control process. Finished goods undergo final inspection. Barcode records support the tracking of materials and products through production and storage.
For a private label order, these steps connect the development work with the finished goods. The brush assortment, materials and packaging agreed earlier need to be reflected in what is produced. Our quality-control process forms part of that manufacturing work, alongside the design and sampling services introduced above.
Thank you for your interest in ZOREYA and our participation in Cosmobeauté Indonesia 2026. We welcome contact from Indonesian beauty businesses and companies elsewhere in Southeast Asia that are considering a brush collection or looking to add to an existing range.
Contact ZOREYA about your project. Brush references, an approximate quantity and your logo or packaging artwork are useful things to send. For an early-stage idea, a description of the collection and its intended market is a good beginning. We would be glad to hear what you have in mind following Cosmobeauté Indonesia 2026.
